Fingerfood at babyshower-good or bad?

I ate a small piece of cold chicken and sausage at our babyshower and since then I have been sick. Vomiting, diarrea, stomachpain, baby kicking like it tries to get out of there......last night we decided to wait to the morning to go to ED for tests. The night and morning has been good, baby calm, stomach relaxed, I can breath, I can eat and drink plenty of water!!! So on the 4 th day of my mat leave I will go to town!!! S is working hard with staff problems and can't wait until he get more freetime!
